At SYRON, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.
1. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their items, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at contact@syronfit.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@syronfit.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@syronfit.com with photographic evidence.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund, in accordance with UK consumer law.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
